I've had the chance to visit some sites at CERN this week, including their Antimatter Factory with the ELENA project [1]. As the name suggests, this is where CERN produces antimatter by decelerating antiprotons so much that they can be combined with a positron (the antiparticle of the Electron) to form an antihydrogen atom.
